As I picked up a mint Yamaha KX393 tape deck for ?5 at a boot sale this weekend.

    kx393med.jpg

I have been mostly listening to old mix tapes from the late 80's and very early 90's featuring off the radio music from 'The Big Beat' show with Pete Tong and also Garry Davis.

Whilst trawling though my tapes I've also come accross somthing interesting and old Spectrum program I wrote then I was 14, more info on this comming soon.;)

    Kickback UK: Persevering with Positivity.
Failure by Design: Every night is poker Night/Our lives in Black and White.

Gotta say thanks to Mel for pointing out Kickback UK, or else I'd never have even discovered Failure by Design, and I think their Trisha and Pumpkinhead tunes are undiscovered Ska-Core classics, so true of modern Britain

Shame both bands have split now, a little more would've been nice....maybe?
