Recovered Vs Unpublished games

  What it is meant to mean is:
  - Both are for commercial games only.
  - 'Unpublished' means no publisher was yet found to publish the game.
  - 'Never released' means the game was announced and/or planned to be released by the stated publisher, but somehow that never happened. 'Recovered' games fall in this category when the game has been preserved.

  But then there are 2 unpublished games which appear in the infoseek when you select recovered; Those games are Ninja Grannies and Popie.
  
  The rest of unpublished games dont appear there :)

  True, in both of these cases I didn't (and don't) know what to do...
  
  Edit: of course both should just be 'unpublished', so I changed that.

  And there are definitely not commercial programs among unpublished like for example these ones:
