Any expert on not-standard game loaders here?

Maybe someone could help me...

I have had on my hard disk for a quite a long time some Polish games and utilities which lack the complete .tzx version on WOS.

The problem is that they were saved with quite an unusual loader that programs like Maketzx or Wav2Tzx don't recognise or at least it seems so.

There was once a technical guru here called Mikie who helped me with such a loader, but he doesn't take an active part in Spectrum community anymore, I guess.

I believe he made some manual job, let's take Polish release of Trapdoor for example:

I have never seen MakeTzx give such results.

Anyway, if anybody could help in any way, I have more files saved with this loader. I would be really curious how you deal with such exotic loaders.
