For those in the UK, the Beeb have made a "Dirk Gently" ...eerrrr episode? I forget the word.

Anyways, if you know who Dirk Gently is, I'm sure you'll watch.
If you don't know, it's based on a book by the guy who did Hitchiker's guide to the galaxy.

BBC4 9pm tonight.

Personally, I preferred the Dirk Gently books to HHGTTG. *Duck away from sight*

    Never read the books, but I'm a huge fan of Hitchiker's Guide.....will be watching this to see if it's any good! I'm guessing that the books will have a similar style of humour to that of HHGTTG??

    cheers for that mate, recording it, never would have known.

    Dirk Gently is a great series by Adams. Loved it when I was younger and indeed agree with you, even better than HH despite its lack of love.

    I preferred them too. That is not to say I didn't love Hitchikers though.

    missed it, hopefully it will be on I player.
