I use Google Translate when I want to understand better what is written on Russian forums. It's not perfect, but it does the job. :smile:
Regarding this title being in the archive, I'm not changing my mind (unless the police come knocking of course).
Censorship is not tolerable. Nobody is forced to see or play the game.
I wonder why "Gay Shot" was not entering the CSSCGC, as it is crap enough to have chances, but on the other hand all CSSCGC entrys are included on WOS (without own entrys).
I respect your opinion, but by including CSS Crap game compo entrys, there are a lot of what you call (I think) "10 PRINT" and "GOTO 10" style of games in the archive.

True, I haven't really found a good way to solve this.
Note, however, that those entries only show pictures using the infoseekid.cgi engine (i.e. when clicking a link on the sex.html page), so the regular search facilities are safe in this regard.

And there are different laws in different countries (e.g. you don't have to be 18 to see nekkid people if you live in my country).
No adult results are reported anymore (except when following links from the adult section) by default.
In order to restore the situation, one now needs to explicitly go to the Infoseek Config page and set the relevant option.
I should've specified that such login requirement is specifically for YouTube, not the search engine. The search engine has a filter that is on by default, but that's another story.
The British Library archives every book published regardless of the QUALITY. After all, it has novels by Katie Price as well as works by William Shakespeare, and for an archive it is important to archive EVERYTHING.
I agree that it should be labelled as adult, but it shouldn't be excluded on the grounds that you don't like it.
No, I'm not muddling quality with standards. There is an ISBN system in place for the British Library and with the massive advance in self-published work that register for ISBN they have few tough decisions ahead of them in terms of storage.

I think that homophobists should be banned from life and these games - banned from archive. There is no reason to multiply hatred.
If we can laugh about these poor homophobics, why to ban them? Ban the games, and nobody see them. Offer them and we can laugh about the authors (which is more offending to the homphobics).

I do wish people wouldn't misuse "homophobic"... it's come to be synonymous with "sexual prejudice". It's like saying that a xenophobe and a racist are the same thing, they aren't.
this whole debate piqued my curiosity so i downloaded it to see what the fuss is about...
i think you would get one of two feelings about this game:
1) you would be horrified at this bizarre closet homosexual hiding his true sexuality by making some strange game (if he was a real homophobe he wouldn't have THAT animation at the start of the game).
2) you would laugh your back end off at how stupid and ignorant the person that programmed this is and the fact that his show of gay hatred completely backfired by having THAT animation at the beginning. (this was my response)
either way i think there would be unanimous agreement that the person that programmed this is a bit of a nipple...
The matter is, that almost all Russian men are THAT homophobic. You think that they are ill, but unfortunately it's just normal for them to be that aggressive.

I was thinking of uploading my CSSCGC crap game "Horace goes Cottaging", but I don't want to offend anyone, though it IS more of a "Mr.Humphries-out-of-Are-you Being-Served"-EM-UP rather than a nasty game.

Thats right, but most homophobic men use their "hate the gays" to hide their own homosexuality because they believe that the other men believe, if he "hates" them loud enough, his friends will never think that he is a gay too. I would say, 99% homophobic men are gays themself. It is nothing wrong to be a gay. At least they had homosexual relationship in their youth.
I'm from poland and remember, some men hated the so called "Pedaly", but I never shared their views. Now I live in Austria and know the truth. Gay haters are gays themself, but hide that fact from their conservative or politicaly right-wing family.
