Mobile Phones emulators

I don't mean emulators of let's say Zx Spectrum on mobile phones. I mean emulators of mobile phones on PC :)

Are there any? I guess that you couldn't make a call to somebody with such emulator, but I would gladly play some monochrome game from old Nokia that I once had. Is it possible?

    There are emulators for Windows Mobile and Windows Phone 7 in the various SDKs (though the WP7 one is probably less useful in this regard since it can't access Marketplace).

    I'd imagine developer SDKs for other platforms would be the best place to find them, as they would presumably be required during development.
