I might take you up on that, at least some 419's are worth reading for the laugh.

Edit :- and generally have better English, some punctuation and make some sense.

give me your email address and I'll set up spamassassin to copy them to you. I get several a week.

also ones offering me a deal on large amounts of railway track or other scrap metal for some reason. Oh and the viagra spam.

I get plenty of 419's and other assorted crap which I occasionally browse just for the laugh. My filters sort it out before I see it no problem.

I would say my top 5 are :-

    Bank phishing (massive majority)
Pron / Penis pills / Unknown women who want to meet/marry me
    419's
Business offers / Online job offers
My (non bank) account has been hacked

P.S. Looking through my junk mail just I have just seen 2 more Jowspams in the last two days

Instant karma. All I get from him are sensible short messages.

Never had those myself from him. Email, WOS, Youtube, just long blabbering messages. Tried having a chat with him, started off okay but seconds later came the 45 attachments with him waffling on about a Sam coupe nonstop.

oh I'm sure he stopped for a /short/ while... to waffle about dial up modem compression instead ;)

Luckily, ive had nothing from him. He sounds like a fruitcake, always wanting someone to help him convert something to the Sam Coupe (or something).
    The trouble with tribbles is.......

Had another two today... One inviting me to join some Internet "speed-boost" site and another (over 8MB in size! :-o) containing 100+ images and reams of text banging on about several random subjects - but mainly about modem compression! Here's a snippet for those fortunate enough not to receive this tripe, but curious enough to wonder!

10x-15x faster speed increases on your dial up connection
Keep your existing ISP and phone line
Only =A324.99 a YEAR - no ties, no contract
    14 day money back guarantee
Endorsed by BT, Orange & Pipex
5* reviews in over 20 publications

oh really how the hell can that be when the modem isnt even bothering to us
e its own hardware compression this is a con i have to pay an annual subscription in order to use the hardware i already own this is in breach of the advertising and trading standards and urtterly illegal every isp has to use this technology already or they are in breach of the trading standards code and not only this but also offer full internet security implemented on the isps server and not on the users machine for which you are charged fo r trasfnerring the virus database and any other updates to teh software which never detects that you are trying to install hardware drivers and so crashes or again crashes or shuts down your system when you try to install a different companies anti virus protection racket software similar to the mafia no?

could we not one day dream of a service which can actually upload and download and allow someone to surf by reducin the up and down load briefly to allow the surfing webrowser a decent internet access speed - while not only keeping track of the total amount of data trasnfered but also wher ethe data came from and waht it was for there sint much point in trasnferring 450mb of microsft updates if not one of them realises you are runnign a 32bit ope
rating system on a 64 bit processor - possibly two of them if it is a dual core
which means that two 2.8ghz processors with 6gb of ram cant handle 100kb download or 20-30kb upload from vodaphone mobile broadband service without preventing you from continuing to surf the internet or manageing to repeatedly drop the conneciton so that in the middle of a 100mb file the connection is lost and i have to pay vodaphone for the data as i have exceed the monthly limit but the data is utterly useless as the entier file was not transferd
the internet is utter rubbish =A342 per minute to send an sms text message from companies who cant even be bothered to provide decent reasonably priced hands free kits for their cusotmers or usb cables that allow internet connection thru the fones and use teh cameras as webcams

heres a list of the drivers for tv tuners that are incompatibelwith the vga cards that support tv encoders from msi:
... and it goes on and on and on! Pages and pages of it!

Judging by the size of the TO field in the second email it seems plenty of other (unfortunate) people have received this one too! :-?
