Yep, I saw it recently (there's a mention of it in the "currently watching" thread). Not something I wanna see again, thanks... it's the sickest film I've seen (I've seen everything on your list too, except Murder Set Pieces).

As downright nasty and wretched as it is, I'm sure it'll become something of a cult classic.

Hotel Paradiso with Rik Mayal and Ade Edmundson had the most sick in it, lots of projectile vomit. :D

I'm not a fan of splattermovies and rarely watch them so my choice for sickest movie is a little different.

The Reflecting Skin. You know the feeling when you wake up and know you've had a bad dream even tough you can't even remember much of it. The uneasy feeling of things not being right that might last for hours, that's exactly how this movie makes you feel.

There's also an ending that leave things open and have you make your own conclusions. One of the best movies i have ever seen!

Recently got hold of a copy of the Japanese film 'Grotesque' - That's pretty nasty... and Martyres, that was quite sick too...

Oh, and Philosophy of a knife. That is one seriously, SERIOUSLY HARD film to get through... its about 4 hours long, in black and white... and based on true events.

OH... and Visitor Q.... that films just messed up...

And the Guinea Pig films... they're sick...

Slaughtered Vomit Dolls... Men Behind The Sun... Salo...

I don't tend to watch gore films, so I can't name many, but I've seen both Hostel films, and they're bad, especially given how mainstream they were. The 1920's film Freaks was unnerving, all the more so as the people in that were all real. It is tragic and pitiful.

On a less serious note, though I'm not joking, me and my mates were disgusted at the part in the James Bond film View to a Kill, where Bond (Roger Moore) kisses Grace Jones. You couldn't, could you? She has more male hormones than the entire British Intelligence department, including the 00 branch.

I think Human Centipede is supposed to be a bit grim isn't it? Or is it just a bit daft? Haven't actually seen it myself (& don't particularly want to either..!).

Irreversible was also pretty sick, and from what I've read the Human Centipide most also be awfull...

ive seen the uncut cannibal holocaust with its graphic animal deaths, disgusting indeed.

still have to see salo, another movie i often seen mentioned is "new york ripper" apparently is gory.

Caligula with mc mcdowell,i think the savagery and weirdness works well in that movie.

Pink Flamingos: there's the infamous final scene, but the whole movie is quite insane.

Bad Taste: seagull on brain eating duty. Chainsaw re-birth. The director of this will never come to anything.

    Probably Nekromantik.

I saw Irreversible completely cold as it was recommended as an enjoyable romp by a friend so the bad bits caught me completely by surprise.

Baise Moi is a pretty unpleasant film.

I looked up Men Behind The Sun and got a really nasty bit of video from that. Some girl has here arms frozen, quickly unfrozen, then stripped to the bone. Not nice at all!

After watching the trailer to A Serbian Film there's no way I'm watching that...
