CRASH mouse mats
Oli Frey's site is now selling CRASH-based mouse mats. The designs are:
CRASH 28 - Sam Fox/Star Strike (SFW!)
CRASH 8 - Spectrum diver
CRASH 4 - "What Now?"
CRASH 5 - Deathstar Trench
CRASH 98 poster - CRASH explosion
CRASH 14 - Life of Wally
They look great to me, but surely a mouse mat is usually in landscape, whereas the illustrations are in portrait.

Loving the art, and it doesn't bother me that it's not in landscape as I'm right-handed and so the picture will look correct to me as I glance to my right. (And will of course also work for left-handed people)
I didn't think people would be interested in ZZAP. 8-)

I have to say though, the mouse mats (and coming mugs) are looking great. But they're even better looking in real life. I should know; I made them
Or telling me I cant use the browser of *my* choice because it stops me buying anything? Guess what I purchased?
It wasn't the design of the website that I was commenting on, but rather the form/functionality aspect of it. For instance, if you view the website in Google Chrome (like me), you'll find that there are spacing issues, as well as text alignment and overlap issues. Makes it kinda hard to read the description of an item when the item name header is obscuring it. ;)
Love the stuff on the store though!

Are we in the year 1997 and using Netscape or something ! ;)
Think the websites fine, view it okay in Firefox. Great to see a lot of those original Crash covers for sale. Very tempting.
Compared to lots of other websites it seems fine, theres no 'YOU ARE TODAYS LUCKY WINNER - CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS' etc !
Just got a plain black one, one of those ones with the gel lump to keep my wrist straight (got bad RSI once). Thought the days of amusing mousemats though had gone (along with ringtones). Thats so 1995 ;)
I'm an "any" and it just so happens that I am also a "body" but I'm not a "mat" nor a "mouse" ...
I've got several mousemats, and switch an old one out for a "newer" one once in a while.
I don't think I would use the Oli Frey mats though, they're art to me which I'd rather have on display (mostly for myself).
I could view flash on all of my browsers installed, but I like it if I do have the option not to and in 99.99% of the cases I dont ever go back to websites entirely based on flash (YouTube is the only exception I can think of atm).
Sales figures are telling me that people do. Or maybe they're just being sold as collector's items.
I always thought the mats were only useful for mice with the rollerball.
Go on, look it up, you know you want to... Erm. As long as you're not at work, that is...
