Archon - Year of release -

I have some confussion with this game :)

Its listed as being released in 1989, but the Microhobby review is from 1986...maybe the year in its entry is actually the year of the release of the compilation??

    That Microhobby reference should be under the original 1985 Archon entry, with all the other magazine references already there, as it can only relate to the original release. The 1989 Archon entry is for the compilation release, as is shown by the "Publication: As part of a compilation" comment.

    According to Infoseek there are two different games, the game by The RamJam corp (1985) and the one by Lynsoft (1989).

    The 1989 game was sold 'as part of a compilation' ('The Archon Collection') along with Archon II Adept.

    But both games has nothing to do one each other. The 1989 game (always according to infoseek) is not a re-release of the 1985 one. Different authors and in-game screens:
