How can I arrange my Windows in ZX-Spectrum style?

  The screen saver is the easy one: Dunny posted that he's done one recently. See this post:

  The rest of the stuff is certainly out there - I've seen 2 Spectrum fonts (one per how the text appeared on screen, the other how it appeared on the keytops). I've also seen wallpapers of pictures of the Spectrum, and Spectrum screenshots. The trouble is I can't remember where I saw them!
