I once tasted some cheddar cheese from a coastal farm where they mature the cheese close to the sea. It naturally forms salt crystals throughout. And it's absolutely gorgeous.

Needs a bit of salt though...

They should form a special Salt-Deniencing department within the police force, and they should send out these special agents who travel from farm to farm and they should FINE those salt-crystal-making cheeses! Cheese naturally forming salt crystals! Oh, the outrage! Why doesn't the government protect us against this horror?!?!?!?!

ah but did you ask for it?

A punch in the nose, and a grabbing hand over the counter and the shaker was his.

This will only serve to foster a brutal underground, salt-dealing black-market.
Many Bothans will die to bring us this information.

They'll probably ending up banning that too, along with ketchup and brown sauce, if they did there would be riots in the streets!

    This "news story" analysed here:

Seriously, folks, if you read a "barmy heath&safetypoliticalcorrectnesstehnanniesstates" story (on the internet or elsewhere) don't take it at face value. Try and get the full story behind the headlines. These things are very very often complete BS.

My local chinese take-away already keeps the salt and stuff behind the counter and asks if you want some.. You do get some good chips there, I always go there to get chips and curry sauce at lunch time..

If you want to lower your salt intake buy Lo-salt (thats what i use). It's got less sodium that normal table salt (66% to be exact).
