Hello again, Richard.You helped me out back in April with a tip for The Castle by Chris Cannon. I'm stuck again! Can you peruse your copy of Adventure Probe for any tips on what I should with the torch and/or the tapestry? My progress has been stunted! Many thanks. Dave

    Sorry for the delay in replying but I have been playing Might and Magic 9 and even though it is not the best I am "into it" now and it is taking up a lot of my time.

    Anyway, the following is the complete hints as published in Adventure Probe issue 19 December 1987.

    Submitted by Jackie Holt.........

    Catch the insect in the jar to pass the animal. Flap arms to cross chasm. Pray at the altar. Move the rock with the stick. Carry the head to escape from the bottom of the chasm. Carry the shield to get the eyes. Pour the liquid on the block of lead. Type 'score' in strange room.


    Jackie also submitted an objects and their uses in Issue 2 Volume 4 which covered the above but with the addittion of the following:

    Shovel Dig to find the torch in the throne room.

    Hammer To open the chest.

    Some good news!

    I have found a solution to the game that was published in an issue of 'What Now?'

    At the tapestry try 'Examine Tapestry' then 'Look Behind' to find something that might be of use!
