copy stand

edited May 2011 in Sales
Does anybody still do copy typing?

I've got a powered copy stand up for grabs.

Has 2 AA batteries in the foot pedal or can be mains adapter powered. The black rubber cover can be taken off the contloller and it then looks like a mouse and could be used by hand on the desk.

When you press either the front or back of the controller the blue 'ruler' traverses up and down the clip board to help you follow what you are copying.

The whole thing is mounted on a sprug loaded 'angle-poise' arm with a table edge clamp.

Fully working includes duracel batteries and postage.

First ?10 gets it.

I like yours, never had to use that sophisticated a machine though.

This is what I still use (occasionally) :

    EDIT:
HAHA, I was wondering why this was in the sales section, then I saw you were ACTUALLY trying to sell it.
Soooo, it stays where it is ;-P

But yours is labour intensive, it needs someone elses finger to point to the line you are reading.

Use it often enough and you get used to following the lines with those two things on your face ... no, not your nostrils, your EYES!!!

Then again, I only use it to copy stuff I've hand-written, so it's not like it's millions of lines of small print. ( And it helps that you use a thick red crayon. -Ed )
