Many ex-pats have to continue to pay taxes in BOTH countries depending on where they're from and where they currently live. So, if we want to use that as a premise as to whether a person is allowed to moan and groan about the state of affairs in their original country or not, I'm fine with that.

I'm ok with moaning and groaning in general completely aside from whether one's an ex-pat or not. It's called "voicing ones concerns" ... in my book at least

people are allowed to moan and groan about whatever they want, whoever they are, and wherever they're from. There's no rule that says anyone has to listen though.

It's your own fault, for coming down here, and taking our jobs, and our women.

Although if I can have Amy Pond then we'll call it quits, OK? :-)

I can't really say what I hate as it'll only make me angry and will probably upset lots of folk.

Well as long as it isn't ethnic minorities, disabled people, homosexuals, organised religion, America, or the forum mods, you probably stand a good chance of not upsetting anybody ;)

Must admit i dislike (gulp) Dr Who ! Annoyed thats on prime time on saturday nights, cant stand it. Gave it a chance when it came back and disliked it, not a fan one bit. People seem to analyse every single detail of every episode which seems OTT.

(Also not a fan of Harry Potter one bit)
