Heartland has distribution denied, which means is won't be possible to upload a fixed version. In this case, there's nothing else to do except adding a "known errors" entry as follows:
Bugfix provided by Mr. Anonymous:
  • Game crashes when the player collects the last piece. Problem fixed changing the code from this: 
      $5E4C JP $BCE8

    to this: 
      $5E4C JP $F3ED

  $F3ED LD ($BE41),A
        JP $BCE8

    which is done using POKE 24141,237: POKE 24142,243: POKE 62445,50: POKE 62446,65: POKE 62447,190: POKE 62448,195: POKE 62449,232: POKE 62450,188

    Ops! Mr. Anonymous provided later a better fix for Heartland here, so I suggest changing the "known errors" entry to this:
