ice creams/lollies etc...
I haven't really eaten these in years but the weather is headed in that direction and I feel like maybe indulging in a few this summer...

but i used to adore solero
might have the gf go look for one if its hot again, but was never super keen of ice creams and stuff, my teeth are pretty soft.
also i do like the frozen yoghurt. mmmm creamy.
i used to like feast when i was a kid, but once i got older i started liking the adult magnum version better. but reall yi was only eating it to get to the chocolate.
there was a good line in psychoville
"I told you not to get a magnum, you could have got twenty ice pops for that!'
When I was little I used to like the ice rocket lollies, occasionally have one nowadays purely for nostalgia purposes.
yeah i used to like them, or there was this other one called an 'orange refresher' that was nice too.
quit your jibber jabber ;) crazy fool :)
(someone was gonna do it)

I remember things like fat frog and them icepops that were just ice flavoured.. the long ones / fat ones.
I normally get things like cornetto but own brand, BUT prefer the iceland ones (strawberry) more than the tesco / asda etc ones . thats what I used as a ciggy replacement when I gave up. (they were a bugger to light :p )
I used to buy from the ice cream van as a kid, cider / apple lollies.. and them oyster ones.. BUT as I've got older realise some folk don't wash their hands after going loo.. so won't buy from an ice cream van..lol
Aha! Cheers fog, at least I know I'm not completely insane. :)
As a kid, I loved Dracula lollies. I've tried before to find a picture of one online, but have always failed. The closest I can find is this...
But that's not the one I used to get as it says it's red and black. The ones I used to like were made in the shape of Dracula and were a pure red, raspberry flavour. They won't make those any more :(
I also quite liked these too...
As a young child I was never allowed chewing gum. Either my parents were worried about me choking or, more likely, they didn't want me to get it on the settee. So a Screwball was a way of me getting it without them knowing. Mmm, forbidden gum... :D
Tangle twisters are crap and replaced the superior Tongue Twister.
I'm glad somebody else remembers the Count Dracula lollies.
Funny Feet were awesome replaced by Freaky Feet which were gruesome, because they had fruit puree which still had seeds in it, swirled in with vanilla ice cream and why oh why was just the big toe covered in chocolate :???:
Calippo's were good in juicey form but I remember them going creamy at one point? Not good!
Fabs used to be one of my faves, but they're just not the same now, I think the chocolate under the sprinkles is cheap and nasty now or something?
Oh Beanz you can still get Jubblies, and also the delicious but somewhat inferior Sun Lollies. I think you can still get screwballs as well....Oh the sheer amount of times I almost choked on the rock hard bubble gum
....and here's mine
Twango's were awesome, replaced by Pizazz which were alright because they tasted the same.
Possibly my fave none creamy ice lolly is the Cider Refresher or a Lemon Sparkle (The strawberry sparkle was good but it changed, it was sickly).
My fave hybrid has to be the Strawberry Mivvi :D
... I liked the hundreds and thousands on them :)
Edit:
I remember buying another type of lolly as a kid from the ice cream van which includes these free tattoo transfers. I think you had to soak them in water or something before you stuck them on your arm. Anyone know what lolly you got them with?
If a Calippo isn't available, the fruit pastille lollies are also very nice too, or a Fab.
oh yeah they;re great, Ima gonna have me one of those this summer. for some reason they strike me as being bit of a womans' ice cream, but they're nice
Shared it with my daughter.
Nuff said.
"crunchy hundreds & thousands stay absolutely still over cool stripes of strawberry and vanilla ice cream" would be closer to the truth surely, but I'm guessing
