Recording to a PC through wireless microphones
Hello all
Title says it all, but just to expand.
I have been asked to record a presentation given by 2 people, so 2 mics.
Problem is they will be walking around a room, so will need wireless mics.
I'm going to be on holiday at the time so need something that is pretty simple to set up. Ideally a USB solution.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks
S

a friend does licensing for wireless mics for concerts etc.. so just make sure the mic's are ok in that sense.
if it's USB .. and 2 mics you'd have to record in MME mode.. you need to get them to do a test also..audacity should do it.. but not sure if you can record both sources separately (which would be handier for later editing) and maybe use a limiter to stop audio clipping..
So would I be correct in thinking that the output of the receiver can be plugged into the line in or mic input of a PC?
you near a digital village, or pro audio shop ? they'd be of help
