Sad to see such a problem, however the following procedures will help you ascertain the fault.
1. Check the CPU and ROM sockets on the motherboard.
2. Replace the ROM(s) with known working ones
3. Replace the CPU with a known working unit
4. Replace the MEMORY on the motherboard
If you managed to get to here, then its most likely the ASIC thats developed a fault. unfortunately you can only get these from other +2AB's and +3's.
