Eeeh, that reminds me, what happened to the quizes on this forum? They used to be a regular feature on this forum ages ago but they seem to have dried up.
Anyone fancy coming up with one?

They turned into bitter, bitter arguments about stupid things :(.

I'd love to see the quizes back. I'll try and come up with something over the weekend.

In the mean time, I got a feable 25/40 at my first attempt on that screeny quiz, but one or two screens have come back to me as I've looked at them, so my score may improve.

39 on my first attempt. I could cheat and just Infoseek Creative Sparks, but I won't.

I'm taking my 'guess' for the Tiki the Kiwi game, even though the program isn't accepting my correct answer! :)
  • edited December 2004
I noticed that as well. Also Cobra wasn;t accepting my right answer (Advanced Sylvester Stallone Simulator (C) Codemasters). Of course I could be wrong with that one.

    More quizzes please!

    Necros.

May as well post my results.

I got 20 out of 20 on page 1* and 17 out of 20 on page 2. The ones I didn't know were the Binary Design game with the pipes, the Creative Sparks game and the Sega game with the car type thingy (off road racer?).

Could someone fill me in on the ones I missed?

EDIT: I got the sega game. No I didn't cheat (if I did I would have looked up the other two answers as well). That makes a grand score of 38/40. Not bad eh?

    Necros.

    * assuming I'm right about Cobra (I'm 99% sure I am right).

No space between the "w" and "z"... Even though there *should* be one. and no "the" either.

I can't play this online because it only works in Excel, not in Excel Viewer. :(

Maybe if I download it and play it at home...

    38 out of 40, not bad! :)

Got 20/20 on the first page and the only ones I didn't get was 5 and 20. Like Necros I didn't get the pipes one and the Colin Swinbourne one at the end threw me; answers please?

Thanks to mell the bell for creating the quiz, it was an enjoyable exercise. :)

    Cool :).

I got 39 out of 40 so far off the top of my head, but I suppose I'm at an advantage TZXing and all that :).

Had to retype Page 2 no 16 about 50 times to get the flippin correct wording :o
Thinking it was a number in the title and various correct and mis-spelt ways of this particular title.

Still racking my brains for that Creative Sparks one. I have a few theories but don't wanna cheat yet :)

    Cheers
