+3 PSU fuse

My +3 burned a 1A250V fuse on PSU and no longer provide +5V (only +12 and -12V works).
Now what can cause this?
I was not using the disc drive and only thing connected was a DivIDE.

    An underrated fuse. The +5V fuse is rated at 3.15A. 1A is surely too low for a +3 and a DivIDE.

    But it worked for some time. More than a hour.
    This +3 was offered to me so I don't know if it was replace earlier...
