    Yeah, a real tragedy. Just shows you never really know what's going on in people's lives. It appeared he had everything to live for but who knows what was going on in his personal life.

    yeah like somebody said on the sheffield forum about him he was only on football focus yesterday and seemed really happy

    very sad. just remember him being a really solid player, not primadonna/diving type. RIP

    I'm utterly stunned. Was watching him on football focus only yesterday and he seemed genuiely excited about his developing wales squad. RIP Gary.

    how downbeat must it have been for the millenium stadium game just now.. the weird thing is the sky news guy correctly predicted the score before the game and said that would be the only "right" scoreline under the circumstances...
