If you mean Game Over II isn't in the archive then you'll be pleased to know that it is.... as "Phantis" as that was the original Spanish name.

EDIT - Also, in an attempt to stop posting about Game Over or Game Over II I've been trying to think of any other fave ads. One that sticks in my mind, mainly because I was really looking forward to the game, was Back To Skool. I also quite liked how the image in the ad was only used for the advert and the actual cover of the game was a totally different painting. A bit like how some movie teaser posters are different from the final thing.

I always remember adverts from the early days like this Quicksilva one:

A mix of game titles and odd esoteric artwork that makes even the dullest adventure game seem interesting; if only you could work out which game each picture is supposed to go with!

at 'GameOverII' advert features the next lines "After abandoning the ship you capture a ADREC in order to continue advancing on the planet"

actually the word "ADREC" is the spanish word of a FEMALE PIG spelled backwards..

hahahhaha... eighties software were carried on by young naive-vandals.. it has its own charm..

I liked the Elite ads with the cartoon people where the granny was deadly and the big thug harmless.

    Ah yes, forgot about those..!

I think a few other companies tried to do something similar, like for Way of the Exploding Fist. But I don't think they were as good.
