    EmailDiscussions is a great place for GMail invites!? (And for discussing GMail, or indeed email generally.)

    However, as GMail is still in beta (and there's been a lot of negative comment about the privacy implications), I for one don't want an account...

    i delete all mine.....tbh im a tidy / organised person and the search for emails aint the bit i want it for...i cant be doing with 3000 crap emails there for the sake of it....i just want it for the 1000mb storage :)

    So how do you know that gMail has deleted your mail?

    And for that matter, how do you know that your ISP has deleted your mail from the server and not kept a copy somewhere?

    I wouldn`t mind one Lee :)

    Someone offered me one last time, and sent details,and I never send my `sign up` confirmation email or whatever...

    But why do they offer a Gig mail, sheesh, like I WISH I had that many friends hehe... Yahoo`s just put there free one up from 100 Megabytes to 250, and only 6 months ago it was a mere 6 Meg... That`d last me 5 years without deleting mail..
