Vegetarian Zombies don't eat brains, they stalk the aisles of Asdo searching for Linda McCartney ready meals.

I thought they wandered around zombie style shouting "graaaaaaaaaiiiinnnnnnsssssssss"

Time for me to add a few Zombie films...

Zombie Hollocaust - Filmed at arond the same time as Zombie Flesh Eaters and using many of the same sets and actors, this is half Zombie film, half Cannibal film. It was at one point, quite cheap to pick up and is well worth the time.

Creepshow - OK, so not a full Zombie film, but it's first story (Fathers Day) is a cracking little story and I think it's the best segment of the whole film.

Re-Animator - Again, mabey not a zombie film in the strictest sense, but it does invole dead people coming back to life to kill people. I've always been a fan of all 3 films and I think the last one has an undeserved bad rep, but that's because the first one is so good ;-)

Return of the Living Dead 3 - Probably my favorite of the "return" films. It also helps that the lead lady is smoking hot throughout (as she was in her CSI appearences too!)

It's also been argued that the Friday 13th films can be classed as Zombie films too, because Jason is (lets face it) dead. Also, it's makers at one point said that he was a zombie as an excuse for bring him back every few years ;-)

An absolutely cracking movie, actually, one of my favourite movies ever. Scene with the cat in the basement is insane genius, and the uncut version features a missing scene that is tantamount zombie-porn ;)

The makers said this as far back as part 4 (I think). I've got a book on Zombie films and it's mentioned in there (it has a list of evcery Zombie film made upto that point and the start mentioning these films from around part 4)

    :-P

No worries  It isn't like I'm going to be watching those movies again any time soon. I've in recent years lost all interest in zombie movies ... and most sci-fi/adventure movies.

I don't know what happened with my taste in movies, interest in most movies has just disappeared ... well, for the most part. I do see the odd advert on TV for new movies and think to myself, oooh, I might want to see that in the theatre ... and then a year later I go, oh, it's out on DVD/BlueRay already? Must not have been that good then, not really realising that it's been many months or a year since I saw the ad. Aside from that, most of the movies nowadays are crap :-( in my humblest of many humble opinions.

Is a mummy (as in bandaged wrapped mummy, not the woman that gives Miles his tea) considered a zombie?

I though t about this thread at work last night, and it got me thinking about something?

In Zombie Flesh Eaters (Zombi), the underwater scene (which is sh*t, ridiculous, and pointless BTW), the zombie when it can't get the chick turns it's attention to a shark, and takes a hefty bite out of it.

So just out of curiousity would the sea be full of zombie sharks? I've thought about this for years on and off, but I figured I'd voice it here since it's a zombie thread.

Perfect opportunity for a sequel as well really, has anybody done Zombie Sharks? :D

    if not.....Zombie Sharks (c) DM_Boozefreek 2012 :p

It's quite bizarre when you have to resort to spoofing something as low-budget as the Onechanbara movie...

Or what if a Vampire AND a Zombie bit a Werewolf. Or they all bit each other at the same time.

This is getting too complicated

I've been working on a zombie survival map of Glasgow (cue jokes about Glaswegians already being zombies) for a while now, detailing safe-houses, danger zones, supplys, routes to safety, etc...I had to change it significantly after "Victor Morris" was closed down :(

FAO non-Glaswegians: Victor Morris was a pawn shop that was infamous for dealing mostly in replica fire-arms, crossbows, blades of various sizes and other weaponry; pretty sure I saw a spiked mace in there once. You could walk past it at any time of the day and witness neds licking the windows.
