I have a part of a song stuck in my head, and no, it's not Spinny's song either.
Thought you lot might be able to name it in one go. It's from the very late 80's or even perhaps the very start of the 90s. The guy singer is an African singer (iIrc, or at least he sings with an African accent) while the singstress is of your run-of-the-mill 80's fame (don't remember her name, Kate?)
Well, anywho ... I have most of the song in my head but only a fleeting part of the lyrics, and it goes something like "7* seconds to [something] ... I'll be there"
It's a very mellow and nice song, just can't remember the name of it and want to see the video to get it out of my head.
All the LPs in my head are scratched beyond recognition so the record player therein is nigh on useless. ( You're nigh on useless! -Ed ) Agreed, but only nigh on.

Phil Collins's jazz-rock fusion side project before he went solo. amazing drumming
That's still a great album. I saw them at Donnington just after that album came out. They played a great set.
