  It's also worth noting that the main screen says (c) 1983 S. Turner as opposed to the 1984 release year WoS has it listed as.

  (c) year is not necessarily the same as the year of publication.
  It wasn't advertised or reviewed in 1983 at any rate...

  Does this not work on a +2? I've loaded both sides in on my machine, it asks if you want Kempton, N, it says "PLEASE WAIT" and that's as far as it gets.
  
  **Duh! it's OK, you have to press 'N' THEN it loads the game in. I've been loading it & walking off. Sorry!
