Bubbler Unlimited , no box / tape disk only?

Heres the thing! I have the original box, inlay card etc in good condition, but no game!! Probably sat in an old tape deck somewhere. Anyone got the cassete / disk? but not the box?

    I need a spare bubbler tape too. And a spare inlay & some spare instructions. :)
