Here is my moderate TS 2068 collection (yank speccy), not much here by speccy standards but it's pretty nice I think as the stuff is rather thin on the ground.
Note the 'Horace' games.
The thing with the rainbow on it is a spectrum emulator addon, unusual as most speccy emulators use the cartridge port (one is also there on the floor towards the left). The twister board 2nd from the right lets me use the Divide Plus and other speccy peripherals with it (using the emu cart at the same time).
If I can manage to go through all these boxes in the living room I may take a few more pics. Finished moving two months ago but haven't felt the strength to start going through boxes...
@beanz: Two TS joysticks? It took me years to find one! :-o About the add-ons... see if you can visit hardware.speccy.org and check if the ones you have are already there. Something tells me you may have one or two things that could be examined by Jose Leandro (if you don't mind).

Always loved the Timex covers. How come the Yanks had better artwork for these early games? :)

I got lucky on an ebay auction about 3yrs ago, I guess no one else saw them as I picked them both up as the only bidder for 19.99. I did have to replace the cords though as they were rotted, just used cords off old atari joysticks.
Same with the flight sim cart, I know they usually go for a bit but again I was the only bidder.
The joystick cart is a kempston compatible one btw, presumably to use with speccy software that didn't need the emu cart.
Here's my modest collection.
30 years of Spectrum is a great reason to gather them all in one place with lots of great emotion.
I love Ultimate games, but I only bought the ones I wanted to play, not all the titles.
For example, I never wanted Martianoids, Bubbler and Cyberun, becouse i dont like it.
However, I think the two most valuable games that I have and quite rare "Ali Baba" and "Kontrabant 2", from ex-Yugoslavia.
I have a lot of nice memories for all of these games, and most of them in some way, remind me of that wonderful time of the eighties. :)
My modest collection. Some stuff i've been collecting for a while (original Firebird and Masterchronic budget stuff, Imagine) and some i've just started getting recently (Rabbit, Beyond and Sports Management games - mostly football.) My trouble is that i'll see something on eBay, go 'oooh shiny' then find something good out of my personal collection to sell so I can buy it - then once it's gone regret selling it. I need a tad more willpower. And a better copy of Dun Darach (i'm bidding on one on eBay :p)
At least one thing is certain though. It's unlikely i'll have a collection as good as some of the one's i've seen here.

Hmm intriguing 2 games you have there!
Ali Baba, needs inlay preservation for WoS!
And whats the name of the game on top of it? KontRobont? Seems not to be even on WoS...!!
I found this Sinclair User Media Pack with a load of rubbish when I was at Ocean. Never seen another one before. There's a mint condition edition of the magazine from September 1986 (Dark Sceptre cover) in the black folder:
What do you mean you haven't got 'Shadow Of The Unicorn'? Even my DOG (albeit 'wet') has a copy which he guards jealously:
I think I'm going to have to have a dig about through my collection and see what I've got. I was a lazy kid though and never put tapes back in their boxes, so I may have boxes and no tapes (and vice-versa). I've also got a load of mint tapes that I bought from shops here about 10 years or so ago. Some of those are still good quality :)

Thanks a lot! Another difficult game inlay solved...although Im not sure if WoS accepts pictures instead of scans...
Ignore the non-Speccy stuff... I have a DivIDE + and a Protek joystick interface plugged in (in Kempston mode).
heres my lot....(click on thumbnails for BIG pics)
What the...Am I the only one that doesn't have a copy!
Nice to see the hard copy of Mort's Crash Scan's in there :D

Great pics there Mark.
Quick, someone lend me 1200USD so I can go to Portugal today, take some pictures of the collection over there and come back tomorrow!
nope, it's not.. it's scarce.. (if I managed to get it then thats how I judge it hehe)
rare?, not really IMHO.
there are a few bits I assume are rare since I've scanned em in for here.. e.g. olympics 84
I have about 3-5 review copies of games , or pre-production ones. not really different in a lot of cases.
I see! This topic has turned into a competition to see who has the biggest... collection!
j/k
Beccy, I hope at least some of these pictures will find a place on the anniversary fanzine (with the owner's permission, of course).
Poor beanz.
I hope so too! I've been working all day on page layouts and my head hurts!
Where's your MAPS & Interface instructions? :)
