Consult (listed for Knuckle Busters and Wiz) should be Consult Computer Systems. The tunes for both games I would not be surprised if they were composed by Dave Kelly as he appeared to be the main composer in most of Consult's game, Every Second Counts, Krypton Factor, Vindicators and Little Puff being prime examples of Kelly's work for Consult.

But in the meantime Consult is Consult Computer Systems for Knuckle Busters and Wiz.
