I've got two snaps from 2004, before the kids took over the rooms. We got loft slidy doors in their rooms and I have taken one side for my speccy tapes/disks. The wife is always nagging me to dwindle them down.

    Anyway:

If she *does* ever manage to talk you into dwindling the disks down, give me a shout...

Seriously though, that looks like an awesome collection!

They were only there for a few minutes, and they're not THAT close ;p

These are the threads where I regret having to sell all my stuff. Boxed Videopac G7000, loads of old Atari's, Speccy's, BBC Micros... :(

Starting again on the quiet without upsetting my wife.

    Thank :)
Some of the doubles are different versions of the same game, like elite. One is the golden joystick awards version.
If I get a game that I already have, but it's slightly different, I never know which to keep and which to get rid of, so I usually end up keeping both :)

That Lone Wolf book looks lovely. That's not in the archive, could do with scanning in! :)

I didn't notice it wasn't in the archive, I'll scan the box and book covers, but don't think I'll do the book :)
Anyone else notice anything needs scanning, from my pics, let me know and I'll happily scan anything.

I meant to say box not book. I've just rescanned the tape inlay but it wooud be good to have a record of that nice big box edition too. Very nice.

Ok, here we go, and I only checked the first 2 pictures (bix boxes).
So far you have 3 MIA! :o

    -Dream team MIA!
    -Fists of Fury 2 MIA!
    -Super Sega MIA!
-Thrill time, what issue is it (number of compilation)? Maybe needs inlay preservation.
-2 hot 2 handle needs the inlay to be preserved.
-Hanna Barbera collection needs inlay to be preserved.

Thanks a lot, I will keep on later :)
By the way, excellent collection!, I really am jealous for that Rodland. The card middle boxes are the ones I like the most, also because I prefer the later period of the Spectrum :)

    Cheers!

I've just uploaded scans for Dream Team, Fists of Fury, Super Sega, 2 Hot 2 Handle & Hanna Barbara Collection.

Thrill time is Platinum 1, so doesn't need doing.

MIAs have been noted for another day :)

No problem, scans are simple, because I've already scanned everything :)
Also upped box scan for MAX(US gold) as the archive only had erbe version.

I don't know why we didn't make this thread years ago. I knew it'd come in useful as well as being great to nose at everyone else's collections.

I'll have to check my samples. I'm sure some of these have been done. However, they might not have been released due to troublesome loaders awaiting tweaking or a second opinion.

I definately need to update my WIP list:
    http://newton.sunderland.ac.uk/~specfreak/wip.html
It was last updated in 2009, so it's long overdue.

I don't always see compilations listed as MIA as true MIA as the titles are often available separate. I see them as STP, but need to be done non-the-less.

Will update the WIP list with all the recent goings on.

Indeed, I thought I'd scanned all that needed scanning, and identified all the MIAs that I had.
It's also nice to show it all off, no point having a collection and keeping it locked away.

Still more pics to come. Sorting through my single and double cassette cased games at the moment.
