A little help with 3.5 floppy please so close...
Thanks to everyone with all the help about getting stuff onto 3" disks works a treat thanks :-), so new problem is....I feel like a right idiot
Have bought a cable from Greece for a 3.5 floppy for the +3 and so far the result is
1. All connected up and appears to work
2. +3 sends signals to format disk and reports OK 01
3. However can not then read (cat) or save to disk, reports no data and track sector 0 etc
4. Each command I try sets the 3.5 floppy off but does not appear to work.
5. Disk seems okay as laptop via USB can format it using dos to 720k
What do you think?

Right off to play - you've made an old fool feel less foolish
