Spiffy

Not an infoseek error as such but on the Emulators page you the windows build of Spiffy down as being a port by me.

I built the first few windows binaries (There wasn't really much "porting", just sorting out a couple of ifdefs) for Edward because he was having trouble getting his cross compiler to behave, but he's sorted that out now and has generated all recent binaries himself.

    Ahhh, now Ed is generating the code, I assume that it all works now, :P
