If I had been the judge, the moment Apple asked for 14 days to fix it, I would've said "Sure, pay Samsung a million pounds per day for each day you don't put the new message up".
Since Jobs died, Apple has become IMHO a truly horrendous company now.

apple has always been pretty much a "cultish" brand.. and as I found out when I used to fix / upgrade / install them for customers at an old job.
a fair few of my friends have dumped their iphones for galaxy etc anyway when they have phone renewal.
