Spectrum IC1's

Hi,
I got 2 version 6a's both of which i think have dodgy Ferranti ULA 6C001E-7 IC1's. One's keyboard doesn't respond (have tried different keyboards) and the other just comes up with a black screen.
So, I'm looking for replacement IC1's if anyone has any.

    Cant you get them from RS or some other component company?
    Surely someone still make them.

    No.

    I do have one or two lying around I can test one to make sure its works, you can make me an offer - off list for it.

    That chip worked great, another Spectrum lives again.
