Microdrive Ribbon and Software Pack

Looking for a Microdrive to Interface 1 Ribbon (the one I picked up didn't have one) and the Introductory Microdrive Software Pack. Also looking for boxes for both of these too.
Anybody has any or all of these, and is willing to part with them, PM me please.
