If it's need, I'll translate a programs to English.
I would LOVE to see English language versions of both your programs, especially the 3D View program, which I think is wonderful... I have not seen anything like it, and have often wanted a program to be able to generate such 3D views for the spectrum, rather than do such graphics by hand... It would be much appreciated to see these programs translated into English...
Some of us English speakers regularly browse the Russian forums. I have often found some wonderful software there but been unable to make us of it due to the language barrier... Google is helpful translating web pages and "Readme.txt" documents, but is of little help when trying to understand the workings of a Russian program in use...
I will play in emulator then, to enjoy this awesome effort in the Spectrum.
The .DSK has 760 KB of capacity, so it figures that only can be used on a 3,5" normal density floppy disc (it means only an external disc drive compatible with 3,5" discs plugged to the +2A/+3 unit). In the other hand, if you're thinking on standard 3" discs (Amsoft, Maxell or Tatung labels) I'd rather say the game would perfectly fit in three discs if using them directly in any +3 computer. But, how's that possible? I don't know.

WOW!I see, not even in a +3 normal disk would fit!
Thanks Ignacio, maybe we should keep working with PoP!! :D:D
Thank you so much Andrew771!!!... That was a very nice gesture and much much appreciated!!!
These are wonderful programs and will definately find a use in my collection... I will have lots of fun now trying to create 3D scenes on the speccy!!!!
I came across the 3D View program a while ago and knew it was a worthwhile project even then, but now it is very easy for me to use now... Thank you very much for translating these!!!!
Thank's you, kgmcneil!
At first I also dabbled in the program, put various bmp-pictures. :)
There is an idea to make by this program a demo: car trip through the city with a view of the cockpit. I still can not, busy with other projects. :)

So it would be possible to run it on a DivIDE with esxDOS? Or does it uses +3DOS ROM calls?
OK Guys, I've updated the TAP version to include digital audio by default, and moved the player code to Uncontended RAM making it sound much better.
<...>
Enjoy, everyone!
I deeply admire Your abilities and Your work, for years.
Hm. I realize ZX48 has too 'small' power to get full 3D engine (with a game, not with a demo where 3D is fluent and full-screen but no enemies and objects) but is it really impossible to draw the bricks in such a way that they will not look 100% static while walking by a wall?
(Maybe it's impossible to do, I dunno).
48k memory is few for 3D sprites. I think, 48k memory is also few for vector graphic (raycasting etc.), because there's lot tables for quick calculations.

Sorry, but that's incorrect. I've personally written a raycasting 3D engine on a ZX81 in less than 16K (actually closer to 4K).
The scalable sprites are the greater problem, given they need to look good at near full-screen, but that's still possible.

Source code is opened. Sprite engine. Sprites was obtained from my cross-program "3D-View": http://zx.pk.ru/showpost.php?p=379799&postcount=4
Maze 128x64 also was generated from cross-program: http://zx.pk.ru/showthread.php?t=15939&highlight=%E3%E5%ED%E5%F0%E0%F2%EE%F0+%EB%E0%E1%E8%F0%E8%ED%F2%EE%E2
This cross-programs can be use for upgrade of ZXOOM, but also for other coding games. If it's need, I'll translate a programs to English.

+3 original disc format is very small. 173K is too low and on 48K you can only run 1 map(?).

This demo also as ZXOOM on sprite engine.

Hmmmmmm, yes indeed. I totally forgot about it. Is it possible You might make it into a game? I was some screenshots somewhere, if I recall.
