    Quest for the Golden Eggcup had a great one: swearing pisses off God and gets you cast into his dungeon. Swear while in there and you get smacked by a guard! IIRC, you could escape and get back to the game.

    Very Big Cave Adventure was good too: you would end up in the Swear Box, where: "In one corner is a washstand and a cake of soap. You know what to do." Genius!

    Profanity Adventures has loads of these :)

    Always wanted to add something for naughty words to PiMania 2 - but never really got round to it.

    Cleverest thing on that was the cash machine in part 1 I guess - but that was a bit of popculture at the time it was written (ie - a lame advert)
