Pc compatible hardware: what should I do?
Hi,
I've got a lot of old motherboards with socket 7, rams, ethernet cards, power supplies, graphic cards , cpus, power supplies ,fans etc(all the immaginable stuff).
Some of them work, some no.
Is there a way to recycle the components to do something new? Or to cannibalize some stuff?
I really don't know what to do with these boards... I put aside many years ago, but I'm thinking of disposing all.

depends where you are, there is always freecycle .. use it as a file / printer server etc.
Some of it I'd had for years and years. Ebay seemed far too much hassle at the time.
I thought you needed a Memotech MTX512 for that?

Fine. One good idea.
I don't know how usefull may be a file or printer server. I don't print to much..
There aren't freecycle groups near here :( .
