Jet Pac remakes and mods?

What does need a mod/remake to be listed in infoseek?

I've been looking at Jetpac, and there is no mention to Jet Pac advanced (a mod distributed as a POK file). Also, Jet Pac refuelled is listed as a remake, but Jetpak Solar Crisis is missing (there are more remakes).

Does the "denied" status affect to the information published in infoseek?

    Mods can be listed. I never heard of Jet Pac Advanced, though, which is why it is not listed.

    For remakes, those do not get listed for denied games, unless they are made with permission from the copyright holder - it would be a bit odd to say 'distribution denied - look here to download other (probably) denied versions'. :p
