DivIDE Plus
Would like a DivIDE Plus interface (with CF card if possible, providing the card works). Why? I'm sick of loading games for my Speccy from tapes (in actuality, FLAC audio files from my phone) with a limited chance of success. Anyone out there, please PM me and I will consider your offer.

yep and the sod didn't even twitch the curtains when I went around last time...
or reply to messages on various places
it's a real pity as he knows what he's doing.. but me and a few more sadly find him very unreliable..
and it seems he only wants to know me when he's in need of a few ?...
Of what kind of help for the Spectrum you think the KryoFlux would be?
Just curious as I have one but don't use it for Sinclair related things at all.
Alas - is anyone making standard DivIDEs at the moment?

china's on holiday.. give it a few weeks ;-)
The divide.cz shop has them in stock, as it has done pretty much constantly for the last five years or so. It puzzles me why people still need to keep asking this, to be honest... (see, it's in the FAQ and everything :-) )
Interestingly, I've noticed the prices have got lower compared to the other day. hmm
Was never able to write back *.img/*.dsk to disk so far (I use SAMDisk or Spectaculator with a real - non USB - FDD at the PC).
/Edit: I think only C64/Amiga "native" write back to disk is supported ATM. Will test.../
Have to give it a new try next weekend... or better not?
/Edit 2:KryoFlux write support
I bought my divIDE 57c from divide.cz shop about 18 months ago. It's been very reliable. Make sure you include the CF card adaptor. I also recommend getting a Compact Flash card with esxdos preinstalled. It has lots of sofware preloaded to get you started.
Product: "divIDE57c complete with ESXDOS" ?48
Actually, I managed to talk to Zaxon last night (via FB) - I knew that he had been picking up electrical contracting work in France and apparently, his post has now been made permanent - he had given up the flat in London and put everything into storage.
He reckons he will be back over to the UK at the end of this month, and pick up the DivIDE Plus stuff and take it back to France and start making some.
Fingers crossed he will stick to his promise this time!

who knows I might get a few more :)
I'm not a betting man
The results of my extensive tests (details available upon request) may explain why I was so doubtful about the statement in your post mentioning the KryoFlux ;)
Straight said: Don't buy it. It wont give you what you're looking for.
KryoFlux is primarily designed for preservation reading, not writing.
I bought it mainly to preserve my old East-German CP/M-Disks before they fade away completely and, as a side affect, for a C64-back-to-disk-backup (which is supported).
Would I buy it again? Probably not.
Buying a vintage GDR-Computer able to read my disks later turned to be out a far much cheaper solution, unfortunately too late for me now.
So, the best recommendation I can give for writing disk images back to real ones are SAMDisk or Spectaculator. For both you'll need a PC with a real, non-USB floppy drive though.
