The actor who played Tony Soprano has died of a suspected heart attack.

    Sad news. I really liked him, and was waiting for years now for his next big role...

    not that old at all.. pity.. does remind me of john candy again.. RIP

    funny thing is, all the gangsters in certain area's took soprano as role model and started acting a certain way = made it even more obvious to the cops.

    he's like the gangster with the perm and long face that turns up in loads of things, they parody him in the simpsons.

    I have never watched the Saprano`s believe it or not but have heard a lot about it,i feel that i should check it out now if the chance arises.

    RIP Mr Gandolfini. :-(

    Particularly loved him in The Mexican, wasn't much of a fan of The Sopranos beyond the first couple of seasons.

    It's nigh on 20 years since John Candy left these shores. He was younger than me now.
