Talking of Hastings, my brother met Paul McCartney in a gym there once! I think small talk was exchanged.

EDIT: He's probably met loads of Z-listers too, he met Len from Strictly Come Dancing, he works at Pontins.

A girl I used to know was shagging the bloke who played Max for a while when she was at uni. Type of bitch she was she probably thought she was going to get some money from him?

Didn't really want to shag her myself anymore after I found out she was knobbing that pointy toothed moose faced goon
lol, I know the one you mean. the one that's always with that other guy, like hollyoaks answer to an even crapper ant n dec

A mate of mine was up at a hotel somewhere near Loch Lomond a few years ago and in the bar that evening was none other than Steve Davis and Jimmy White.
My mate said hello to both of them and that was it. Steve Davis was boring and went to bed at 9pm but Jimmy White stayed in the bar all evening and got drunk and tried to chat up the ladies:smile:
Another guy at work told me his uncle used to make snooker tables and once made one for Cilla Black, he delivered it to her house and was told rather sharply to go round to the tradesman's entrance at the back, she was aggressive and rude, he also made one for Steve Davis, he invited him in and he had a whisky and they chatted for about half an hour, said he was a really nice bloke but Cilla Black was a cheeky cow!

I had a very brief conversation on Twitter with Shawn Fonteno, the guy who plays Franklin in GTA V: https://twitter.com/Daren_P/status/388636202477584384

Makes more sense if you've seen the gameplay trailer.

Served drinks to Ally McCoist, Richard Gough, Chris Woods, Mark Hately and Walter Smith when I worked part time in a pub in Glasgow

I've seen a few 'famous' folk on Sauchiehall Street including:
    Todd Carty
    Simon Pegg
    Richard Ashcroft
jesse birdsall (didn't realise it was him until later)
    Blythe Duff (out of Taggart)

Saw Ewan Bremner in a pub in Princess St
Saw Robert Carlyle in The Botanic Gardens in Glasgow

Was on Crackerjack 'roadshow' when I was a kid and met Stu Francis. Wanted to win so much because my dad would have had to go in the gunge chair! I lost by 1 point :-(

Met Chris Barrie once and got his autograph (he was a nice bloke)

Lead singer of Snow Patrol (don't know his name) came into the toilet in the CCA in Glasgow just as I was leaving

not giving up easily I went upstairs to check the third floor, doors were barred with a thick chains - took a photo of myself under the plate "third floor: MTV europe", let my befriended company with camera wait for me and most cheekily tried to slip through the chained slot to the studio... yes! 8)
it was all empty and abandoned, just a couch and lots of paperwork on the floor and cardboard boxes. nothing.
only thing that reminded the good ol' MTV was a blue brick wall - as some may recall, which appeared in Ray Cokes's show MTV's Most Wanted... so that was all what left :)

got this photo somewhere, if I find it, will post it here :)

well, here it is finally :)
