by Icon Software 1984

There is the programmer name in the Hall of Fame: P. Adams

But there is a hidden message in the code:

P.A.ADAMS. 13 PENNINE WAY. LONGBENTON. NEWCASTLE TYNE & WEAR. NE25 8TS. N.I. WE 2761 10 D. BOG OFF TO ALL PIRATE'S........P.A.A.

He seems same with P.A.Adams (Ubik Software) who made Paranoid Pete (1984).

The two games show same points:

* Long loading time protection (screen+code together)
* Same menu and same keys, joystick
* 1 and 2 players mode

Paranoid Pete was his first game (worth to read http://www.worldofspectrum.org/showmag.cgi?mag=PopularComputingWeekly/Issue840906/Pages/PopularComputingWeekly84090600005.jpg ) and Santa was the second but the hidden message shows different address from Ubik or Icon Software:

65. High Street, Gosforth Tyne & Wear NE3 4AA

and it is different from Ubik Software:

66 Rothwell Road, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 1UA

Who understand ...

    You'll probably find a lot of them started in someone's bedroom, then moved to a pokey pre-fab on an industrial park, then an office over a chip-shop, then a high-street office, then back to their mums place again.
