just ordered a "few" today.. so I'll tell you how I get on Wednesday when I pick em up.. (marvin etc) the list price was ?120.. but thru vouchers and other bits , I hammered down the price , to a silly amount .. even cheaper than m-a-c ;)
pity only the black ones are available at the moment though.
Had a look at one tonight - not keen on the landscape layout but besides that seems OK. Ill keep my Nexus though, much smoother, but I can see it being good competition for Amazons Kindle Fire.

Let us know what they're like, if it's half decent I'm going to get one for the wife.
sure, was just a bit annoyed they only launched 1 colour (that includes shops).. the other colours are "coming soon" and I had to order em 1 at a time online. it's not a nexus, but well that reflected in the fact most folk won't be paying ?120 for em.
The Tesco closest to me has got all the different colours in store as demo's but I don't know if they were availible to buy. That is one of there super mega store type thingies though and the display for the hudl and associated crud is massive, got them running into big TV's looping film trailers and all that sort of stuff. Must admit I thought ?15 for a USB cable was extracting the urine slightly.
They are a very nice piece of kit and work well, definitely worth ?120 even if you don't collect the clubcard points. If you do and can get it cheaper I would have no hesitation in buying one.
They are really pushing the Blinkbox stuff as well.
Edit - Being as the Apple stuff has acquired chav status I wonder if there will be an inverse snob factor in having a Tesco Tablet?.

if you watch the bbc news vid about it, you get the market it's aimed at.. very few tablets have a d-pad though ?
can spread it over a number of cores though, does partly depend on the programmer as well.

Have they not fixed that yet? Not being able to, e.g. Skype and web surf at the same time seems a bit primitive.
