Looks really old, Does it work?

Or have you not had the balls to try it incase it disintegrates, or catches fire or something like that?

    I think I'd be a little weary? Maybe? :D

    1978, very rare :)

Couldn't find much information on it. Appears to be an Intel release with Teleplay box.

Didn't try it, unfortunately isn't mine :) And I would have some reservations to turn it on lol ;)

Yeah I had a quick search for it, and found pretty much nothing for it with and without images enabled, so it must be pretty hard to come by?

    Nice!

That one looks to be in considerably better shape than the one your friend has.

I love old machines like this, they're usually pretty crap to play, but still it's all relevant history anyway :)

Who knows maybe in another 30 years my crappy Namco TV Joystick will be worth a fortune?

Clean it up, open it up and get it working. That's the only justifiable use for it. Don't just keep it and never plug it in, that way it is a good as broken anyway.

Or is this a case of Schr?dinger's console.

    Thanks for the link!

Wandering around in this web I happened to find this old b/w TV with built-in Pong system, just the same I had back in the day! That's the TV I used to use with my Spectrum at first!

It included Pong, hockey and two fronton games IIRC.

Unfortunately the console isn't mine :)
