What do you think you're discussing? So far, you haven't said anything in this thread except attacking people. There is no discussion here, just a pointless attention-seeking flounce. I still ask you, or anyone, what is the point of g0blinish coming to a forum that has NOTHING TO DO with his current problem, making a big complaint, and then leaving? Why does this thread even exist?

As Ralf said before, maybe there is people interested in his works, or even working in some related Spectrum stuff, or people who will wonder what happened with him. Announce it, that is the word.

The thing that surprises me a little is why does it bother so much? I mean, the thread has gone more or less normal, no big fights or insults. When somebody is not interested in a thread, just dont read it, as simple as that! :)

Sorry, didn't see this earlier. Well I think I can speak on behalf of all Russian people when I say that, yes, all of us have such attitudes.

Yes, he is! Haven't you seen the "Location:" field on his profile? The best potatoes can be found in Russia ... and I wouldn't mind a pirozhki, kissel and sbiten right about now.

What gives with the not sharing ccowley?
    Hook us up, yo!

Actually, in a sense you did when you "attacked" joefish's attempt at humour.

The anti-antiflouncers are the real scumbags though. The people building their self-confidence over people who complain about people who complain. Can"t stand 'em.

Kids, KIDS! Cannot you play outside?
I'm happy that g0nlinish announced it here and shared some projects he was working on, otherwise I wouldn't be aware that he adapted my program to a new Compiler version.
This is not attention seeking! What's wrong with you, People?

The trouble with the internet is it's too hands-off. We really need to hire a hall somewhere once a year, cover the floor in sawdust and just kick the crap out of each other for an hour or two.

Down the nearest boozer after for beer and nibbles, and a nice chat about MEMPTR and Sabre Wulf. Job done.

I'll leave that to someone else to organise... Obviously being the most amenable and popular member of the forum, nobody would want to punch me so not much point in me even attending.

One, or more, of the following:
not enough coffee these last few mornings
not enough Speccy the last few minutes
not enough beneficial communication, instead of misunderstood cross-communication
not enough dead Commodes in the world to cheer us up
not enough Joffff to tell us to "Oh, sod off!" thereby defusing the situation, allowing us to get back to playing, mapping, making, enjoying, talking about Speccy games

Overall, I think this thread's an anthill trying to amount to a whole galaxy of [non-existent] issues.

Also, you wear glasses ... One simply does not punch glasses-wearing semi-sentient beings. It's not cool, yo!

I'm always disappointed when people who like to criticize from the safety of their own rock fail to turn up to CSS meets.

Oh, that's OK. I hear they're mostly just youtube-comment-bots arguing amongst themselves, not real people.

There is some compelling evidence for that, though mostly on a temporary basis.

It's the CSSCGC, the CSSFAQ, and CSS meets for a reason: CSS was around long before WoSf and I suspect it will still be around long after.
