Free! Jetpac and Sheer Panic

edited November 2013 in Sales
Hi,

Two original tapes have landed on my desk today, Jetpac and Sheer Panic. They're no use to me, but I guess someone here might like them. Absolutely free, it'll only cost me pennies to post in the UK.

First to PM me gets them.

Cheers,

Rich.

    Hello again Rich!

What are you doing now? I take it there's no new remakes in the pipeline?

On an unrelated note, I wish I could find a Fairlight remake in my e-mail address...

I'm still not over that cancellation

Hello matey, remakes wise I'm doing nothing in particular. My last significant project was an isometric Fairlight-esque offering, but it kinda ground to a halt, as they do! There are some screenies here.

As it happens, I had the old Fairlight remake up and running in Windows 8 only last week. It still works! Don't get excited though, I have no plans to do anything with it :D

That looks ****ing great! Except the main character looks a little squashed (like he was lying down and a two ton weight dropped on him (a possible plot device? Hmmm....) but it does fit in with the retro feel of isometric games. The rest of it looks fantastic. I hope you find the time (and will) to continue with it.

A real shame, but it's your decision. Your new game could be brilliant though, so fingers crossed you keep on at it, you could really make your name in the indie world with a good isometric game (sadly it's a largely forgotten genre nowadays).

Thanks. My biggest problem these days is finding a graphics person who will do awesome stuff for free :D
