Anyone using an RGB SCART cable with a +2A/+3 and LCD TV?

  The most annoying thing, is the TV makers not including manual menus/settings to switch to RGB only input, and to override the auto widescreen...
  
  Then we would not have to worry about the voltages on SCART pins 8 & 16.
