I read that and thought what a bastard! Then I realised it was just a golf story and thought what a boring bastard!

He "hit 10 birdies" too! Cruel bastard!

And Rory McIlroy "ran up three consecutive bogeys" - I now have an image of 3 large hills made out of nose pickings.

I notice that they misleadingly use the word "attack" in the media.

I got caught out a couple of times thinking Milliband had actually smacked David Cameron in the face when what actually happened was he said he disagreed with him on something which to be honest isn't even news.

Wasn't there something in The Sun when footballer Julian Dicks was injured ahead of an England match? He'd hurt his ankle and couldn't play, and the paper printed the classic headline "Swollen Dicks Out", getting more complaints to the Press Complaints Commission that ever before?!

There are several of these type of headlines floating around, such as "Juvenile court to try shooting defendant" ? well, at least it's quicker than the proper juducial process. :D

My all-time fave is from the Daily Express in 1978, "Sex in chains woman appeals to the Queen" ? who would have thought Her Majesty was into bondage? :D :D :D

Looking through an old thread on another board revealed another one (this time from a spam): "Scientist's Discovery Reveals Shocking Language Learning Secret". ;) Surely people have no problems with learning shocking language, even without the help of science? :D
